The Governance & Documentation Committee is Chaired by the VP Finance, and is responsible for updating the BGC Bylaws, and the BGC Constitution. With the support and approval of the Board of Directors, and ratified by the membership at the BGC AGM that was held in May 2024, the documents below are current and up to date.
