ISPS Handa Canadian Open Blind Golf Championship

Every year since the founding of BGC, the Canadian Open Blind Golf Championship has grown. Thanks to ISPS Handa, we have been able to inclusively host our events. Brian MacLeod Memorial Nova Scotia Open

September 9 – September 12: Truro, Nova Scotia

Come enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Nova Scotia this September.

With a practice round on September 9 and two days of Stableford competition on the 10th and 11th, you will have lots of opportunity to experience and enjoy the Mountain Golf Club, located just outside Truro.  If you wish to extend your stay, Truro offers easy access to famous location like Lunenburg (Canada’s prettiest town) and Peggy’s Cove, as well as lots of golf and other recreational activities.

Played over rolling hills and through dense forests, the Mountain Golf Club is an enjoyable and challenging par 71 layout.  Click here for more information.

Accommodation will be at the Best Western Glengarry Hotel in Truro.  Obe of the best things about the hotel, other than the onsite restaurant and bar, is the enclosed courtyard and swimming pool.  This area makes a great location for the socializing that is an integral part of a good blind golf tournament.  For more information on the hotel, click here.

Please note that the deadline to register for this event has passed.  However, in true Nova Scotia fashion, we can always find room for one more.  If you are interested, please contact the Nova Scotia Blind Golf Association before July 30 so we can ensure that hotel space is available.

You will find the tournament entry form below.
