Sight Classification
In order to participate in blind golf, you must complete a Sight Classification Form that is part of the IBGA Classification. The form is to be completed by a certified professional, for example an Optometrist, or an Ophthalmologist from your province or territory.
Please note it is important that players be tested with best correction, and in all sight tests (acuity and field if relevant) each eye should be tested individually, and additionally with both eyes open.
